We zoeten alleen met appelsap en gebruiken twee verschillende gemberextracten met eigen karakter – één aardser en vuriger, de ander met citrusachtige tonen – voor een complexe smaakbeleving.

The bite from the two ginger extracts is properly fiery but the pressed apple really balances it out, not too sweet at all. Having four six-packs in one order means I actually got to share some with friends instead of hoarding them all.
The two ginger extracts give it a real kick that lingers nicely, not like the flat heat you get from cheaper sodas. I cracked one open after a long bike ride and the apple sweetness balanced the spice perfectly. Already ordered another multipack.
The apple juice keeps it from being too sharp, so the heat from the ginger builds nicely instead of hitting all at once. Four six-packs lasted me a solid month of weekend afternoons, and the fizz stayed crisp right to the last bottle.
