The elderflower comes through just enough to make it feel fancy without hiding the apple, and it’s genuinely refreshing. I’ve already gone through two cartons this week, and knowing ten whole apples go into each one makes it feel like a proper treat.
The 1-liter carton lasted me a solid week of morning pours, and knowing 10 whole apples went into it makes the crispness feel legit. Pouring it cold over ice is my new go-to, and the elderflower just rounds it out without stealing the show.
