The 1-litre cartons are perfect for getting a solid glass every morning without running out in two days. It’s got that deep, earthy beet taste, but the apple juice keeps it from being too heavy, which is exactly what I wanted.
That 90/10 beet-to-apple ratio really lets the earthy beetroot shine without being too harsh. I've been adding a splash to my morning smoothies and it gives them a nice natural sweetness. The 1-litre size lasts me a good three days, which is perfect.
I keep a carton in the fridge for mornings when I need something hearty without coffee, and the one-litre size lasts me a good three days. The beetroot comes through bold but the apple rounds it out so it's not too sharp.
